LIP BLUSH
Lip blush is a cosmetic tattoo of the lips that enhances the beauty of the natural lip color, improving the shape of the lips, giving definition and the illusion of fullness. This treatment delivers very natural results, once healed.
All procedures are made up of two appointments. The first will include a full consultation, patch test and initial treatment followed by the second treatment 6 weeks later to touch up and perfect the lips once they’re healed.
Any touch ups or corrections on another artists work will require a consultation.
A £50 booking fee will be required upon scheduling your appointment, this will be deducted from the total cost.

WHAT IS LIP BLUSH?
A tiny pen-like machine and a very small needle are used to gently deposit pigment into the lips. This slowly builds a beautifully natural lip color. Micropigmentation allows us to build the color gradually so that we have full control over the boldness of the lip color. Color and boldness are based on client preference.

WILL IT LOOK LIKE LIPSTICK?
Natural Lips or Lip Blush is a technique that produces more of a "nude lip," or "lip tint," result, however, everybody's skin takes the tattoo differently. I always start light and we can build color on touch up.

HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
The retention rate of the lip tattoo depends on different factors such as the color you choose, your lifestyle, touch ups, and how you care for them before and after your appointment. On average, Lip Blush fades away within 2-5 years, with most people wanting a touch up yearly.
CAN I STILL GET LIP BLUSH IF I HAVE FILLER?
Yes! In no way does having lip filler interfere with the process of tattooing lips or the results. Note that lip filler and lip blush appointments MUST be at least 4 weeks apart from each other.

AM I A GOOD CANDIDATE?
You are an ideal candidate if you apply to one of the following:
-
You are allergic to lipstick but wish to have color to your lips
-
If you are sick of re-applying lipstick all of the time
-
If you wear lipstick every day
-
If you have filler
-
If you have uneven lips
-
If you have lost definition over the years
-
If you want bigger, fuller-looking lips
-
If you have pale lips

WHAT IS THE HEALING PROCESS?
Some swelling and tenderness after the procedure is normal and may last a day or so. Your lips may look like you got lip filler, however, this is normal and typically subsides within the first 24 hours. Also, your lips will appear darker for the first few days. Lips have the easiest and fastest healing. It only takes about 4-5 days to heal. During this time, you will need to apply ointment as your lips will be chapped.

COLOUR BOOSTS:
Colour boosts (or touch-ups) are an essential part of the permanent makeup process as they help maintain the vibrancy and longevity of the pigment. Over time, the body naturally metabolizes the pigment, causing it to gradually fade. The fading process can vary depending on factors like skin type, lifestyle, and sun exposure. Colour boosts are required to refresh and restore the pigment to its original intensity, ensuring that your brows remain well-defined and vibrant.
