CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to us. Your appointment is reserved especially for you and, while we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. We will always send you a reminder email 48 hours before your appointment.

By providing more than 24 hours notice your booking fee will be transferable.
If you provide less than 24 hours notice you will forfeit your booking fee and will be required to pay 50% of the treatment cost. Failure to pay the cancellation fee will result in no further bookings being placed until payment is made.
If you no show to an appointment you will not be allowed to book in again.
